Relational Care
Relational care is a one-on-one space for connection, reflection, and healing that centers relationships—with self, land, ancestors, and community. These sessions focus on:
Unlearning Harmful Narratives - releasing colonial frameworks and restoring balance.
Story & Medicine – honoring your lived experience and reclaiming ancestral practices.
Grounding & Reflection – practicing exercises that root you in presence and self-trust.
Cultural Healing – walking together toward resilience, liberation, and wholeness.
Our Native Youth land based learning program is an enriched community-based educational experience for youth ages 15-18. The program creates space to connect with the land, explore traditional knowledge and build skills in a supportive setting. Participants will engage in guided activities that introduce:
Land Stewardship Practices: Exploring relationships to land, environmental awareness, and hands-on learning.
Seed Saving – learning to preserve and share culturally significant seeds.
Indigenous Knowledge – guided by Native farmers, educators, and culture bearers to deepen ecological understanding and cultural pride.
Youth Learning Program
Community Connection is a family based program that centers on building healthy relationships. This program brings families and community members together through a variety of heathy activities and cultural connections, celebrating life and culture.
Traditional Foods– learning how ancestral foods support wellness and balance.
Movement for Wellness – practicing body-based movement for stress relief, resilience, and connection to self.
Outdoor Gatherings-reconnecting to the land and each other.
Community Connection Pathways
Family & Community Services offers support through education resource connection, and culturally grounded programing for Native families.
ICWA Education and Awareness – sharing information and resources to support understanding of the Indian Child Welfare Act.
Systems Navigation Support – providing general guidance and information to help families understand available resources and services.
Health and Wellness Resources – sharing information and resources related to community health and wellness.

Family & Community Services
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) offers fresh, seasonal produce grown with love. Each box of produce is more than food; its nourishment rooted in ancestral knowledge and land-based healing. Our CSA centers on:
Heritage Foods – prioritizing Indigenous seeds, foodways, and seasonal abundance.
Food as Medicine – providing culturally relevant nourishment for wellness and balance.
Collective Care – Supporting families while strengthening food sovereignty.
